We understand that many people enjoy having pets. We accept pets in some apartments where we feel they will have the enough space and be accepted by other residents.   Non- Aggressive Dogs are allowed, with pre-approval at several of our locations.  One dog per apartment is our limit.  A cat may be included with a dog in most cases.  Dogs for the aid of handicapped people are always accepted.  (Please see chart below for details).   Because dogs and cats often increase the wear on apartment carpets, doors, and woodwork, we charge a small additional monthly fee to help us cover future repairs. Cat Charge is  $10 / Month. Dog Charge is $20 / Month.
